"By hiring me, you agree to my Terms of Service."

𖹭Please credit me on any social media or streaming platform.

𖹭All emails, private messages, and comments you submit must be in the following languages: English or Spanish.

𖹭By purchasing my services or products, you automatically agree to the following terms.

𖹭If you are not comfortable with my Terms of Service and/or are unwilling to accept the terms, you may not request a commission.

𖹭I do not allow my art to be used for AI or similar purposes. Please do not upload it to any AI sites, as this could compromise my work.

GENERAL CONDITIONS𖹭The Artist reserves the right to decline commissions, cancel projects, and issue refunds at any time. The Artist is not required to disclose the reason to the client.

𖹭These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
.
𖹭 Such updates will apply to all current and future commissions, unless a verifiable agreement with the client states otherwise.
𖹭Selling the final product as an NFT is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in being added to a blacklist.

𖹭Changes to the artwork after it is completed (unless due to an error by the Artist) will require an additional payment.
.
𖹭 If the final artwork lacks something the client wanted but did not specify in the original request, no refunds will be issued.

𖹭 Commissions are fulfilled in the order they are paid.

PAYMENT𖹭 Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Ko-fi, or VGen.
.
𖹭Payment is made upfront after the commission is accepted.
.
𖹭 Work will begin only after payment is received.
.
𖹭 Prices are non-negotiable—any attempt to bargain will result in the rejection of the request.
.
𖹭Highly detailed or complex characters may increase the base price.
.
𖹭 For additional characters within the same piece, half of the base price will be charged per extra character.

𖹭 Commission prices are per character, not per background. If a background is required but not specified or paid for, the artwork will be delivered either as a transparent PNG or with a simple color background.

REFUND POLICY
𖹭 A full refund is only available if the client views the initial sketch and decides not to proceed. Otherwise, less money will be refunded due to the progress made. No refund will be issued after the final product is delivered.

𖹭Any mistakes made by the Artist will be corrected at no extra cost, regardless of when they are discovered.

RUSH FEE𖹭Rush fees are at least +50% of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.𖹭 However, in some cases, I am able to accept a rush commission that would bring the queue up forward significantly.𖹭 Dates provided are subject to change, details are to be discussed if the client has set dates.𖹭 In case of receiving no response from the commissioner when in need of feedback causing an inevitable delay I will not take responsibility for any possible "late deliver" after the delivery date set during the ordering stage.

USAGE TERMS𖹭The Artist retains all rights to the images created. Payment covers the creation of a personalized piece, not the transfer of copyright.

𖹭The Artist reserves the right to record the creation of the artwork.

𖹭 The final piece may be posted by the Artist on their social media or website (clearly stating it's a commission), and included in their portfolio.

𖹭The Artist will not resell the artwork as physical or digital products unless given explicit permission or requested to do so.
.
𖹭 The commissioner may post the artwork online if proper credit is given or a link to the Artist is included.
.
𖹭 The final product is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. The client must not profit from the work unless previously discussed and agreed upon.

𖹭 Commercial-use commissions do not transfer the authorship of the piece.
